The hot shower does not have enough capacity. On Aug. 16, 7am, the hot shower water did not come out at all.

The bathroom facilities are modern and well-maintained. The staff is generally courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of international and local dishes, with a stable menu throughout the stay.

Some staff members can be rude and the hotel rules seem to be subject to individual interpretation.

I loved how close the hotel was to the convention center. The transportation options were great, with the subway station nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of items. Staff was very helpful, especially the concierges who assisted me with my travel plans.

The hotel location was perfect for attending events in the nearby convention center and Olympic village. The gym was well equipped and the room service had good Chinese and western options. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and the English language channels on the TV were decent.

The immediate area surrounding the hotel was not very interesting, with few nearby dining options. Some of the front desk staff had difficulty communicating in English.
